I photographed Madison last week for her 3 Year Session at City Park. We were able to get a few shots of her little sister Mallory in there, too! Mallory is 3 months and I have her session tomorrow morning if the rain holds out for us! She is a member of my ‘Grow With Me’ program. About to head out in a few minutes to look for some new props and blankets.

Madison had the most adorable DOROTHY outfit, which is the theme for her 3rd Birthday Party! I loved the bright glittery red slippers and little Toto in the basket, haha! Too cute!

Monday I photographed a sweet little family in City Park! DonnaLynn has two teenage boys, one is a Freshman and the other is a Senior. She wanted some shots of her boys individually, family photos and then some photos with her fiance David. We had great weather and I love the way their photos came out. I am really starting to enjoy photographing Seniors, I look forward to finding some Senior Reps next year!

Well I am off to photograph the dancing school that I shoot every year. Around 100 girls – brings back great memories of when I danced as a child. 11 years – loved it! Randy just asked me last night if (when and hopefully if we have a daughter) – will I sign her up for dancing? I sure hope so!! :) I love seeing all their costumes and little made up faces – adorable! We shot the cover for the program last night and have all the individuals today.

Am I the only nut who woke up at 4:30am to watch The Royal Wedding. I didn’t even really care that much but for some reason when I know something is going on… my mind/body just wakes up. Needless to say, Randy was knocked out next to me and I’m wide awake watching this Wedding at 5am! I guess because it’s what I do for a living – I wanted to see her dress, the flowers, the church – etc. The mass was beautiful! Kate looked stunning, huh? Well happy weekend ya’ll! A ton more photos to post next week!

Dan & Lauren :: Wedding

Our friends Dan and Lauren married on April 16, 2011! You may remember their Engagement Photos that I shot or Lauren’s Bridals that I just posted the other day. Their Wedding preparation began at the beautiful Renaissance Pere Marquette, followed by their Ceremony at St. John the Baptist. The Reception was at The Federal Ballroom. It was awesome working with the Blink girls, Melanie and Christine! I also used Blink for my Wedding Videography. Suzette from UpSa Daisy salon did an amazing job with the makeup, as usual!

It was great getting to see all of our friends at Dan and Lauren’s Wedding! This is the first Wedding that I photographed were my husband was actually a guest! He winded up picking up the camera towards the end of the night and getting a bunch of shots of his friends dancing it up. It was a memorable night and pleasure to work with Dan and Lauren! Congrats guys, the honeymoon photos looked amazing!

Addison :: 6 Months

I photographed Addison last week at Audubon Park! She is now 6 months old! She is one of my ‘Grow With Me’ Kiddos. I’m glad the weather was nice for us. I hope everyone is having a great week. I just finished up a Senior Session in the French Quarter and it was super fun! I can’t wait to share those with you all next week :) So here is little Miss Addi during her 6 month shoot.

Logan & Olivia :: Children

I photographed Logan and Olivia last week and they were awesome for me! I’ve been photographing them since they were younger and they just get cuter with every session! So well behaved, so sweet! I am thankful to their parents for continuing to come back to me for photos. Logan and Olivia were some of the first children that I photographed when I started my business back in 2008! These were taken here in River Ridge on one of my favorite streets! I seriously could have put up every photo from their session, one was more adorable that the next. Love the sibling interaction between them – total hams in front the camera… just how I like it ;)

Couldn’t wait to get home from my 2 shoots today to share these! Here is some sweetness for you on this beautiful Tuesday!
