I’ve had the pleasure of photographing Miss Addison since she was just 3 months old! And now she is ONE! We headed to City Park for this session and it was a beautiful day. I loved Addison’s black, pink and white tutu – she looked precious! We had some fun with the balloons and smash cake towards the end. Thanks again Amie for allowing me to capture such sweet moments for you this past year :)
I was so excited when Allie’s mom contacted me about a Senior Session! These shoots are some of my most favorite things to photograph :) There’s nothing like getting all dolled up and being given the opportunity to be a model for a day. Allie has such a free-spirted and outgoing personality that she truly made her session what it is. Her smile could light up a room and I loved that she laughed and just HAD FUN with her session. Carefree and sassy – it makes me remember that time in my life… now I feel so grown up all the time ;) Thanks Mrs. Aprel and Allie for the pleasure of photographing this fun shoot!!

I enjoyed photographing Sweet Olivia last week for her 9 month session! She is getting so big. Her blue eyes are just gorgeous! Her parents Josh and Kalee jumped in for a few as well as big brother Cooper! I am so thankful to have the opportunity to watch this beautiful family grow over the past couple of years. We headed out to the rustic area of City Park and I love the white wagon and pretty flowers that Olivia’s parents brought along to our shoot :)

I truly enjoyed spending time with The Wilken Family again! I love having repeat clients, it means a lot to me :) We headed over to the rustic areas of City Park to take these – that area of the park just gives off such a natural feeling. Very carefree and emotional…. I am always attached to photos taken here.

I had a fabulous time with James and Jennifer last week! James was pretty much like any other typical guy and he wasn’t completely thrilled that his fiance wanted to do an hour long photo shoot :) So I usually take it upon myself to make sure the guys are comfortable and just have fun with it. While editing, there was lots of pics of just the two of them just laughing… love those moments! I would say…. “now come on James, it isn’t that bad, right?!” I love the way this session came out and I think it reflects their love for each other. Although I’m not photographing this couples Wedding… I am still honored when couples choose me to photograph their Engagements! Love meeting new clients and capturing special times like this!
We took the first half in the Botanical Gardens where we found some beautiful flowers and greenery. Next, we headed nextdoor to Storyland were we found lots of bright and colorful backgrounds. Disney music played in the background and we finished up near the colorful heart house! Love those pics at the end :)
