I guess it still feels like a dream that it happened. Getting Married. It’s been over 6 weeks and yet it feels like forever ago! When does it start to soak in? Some days I still feel like I’m in Wedding La La Land! I’ll look at a photo and be like hmmm, yes… I guess it did happen and it sure was a success! :) As the whistles and fireworks blast off in the background. J/k!
Sometimes I feel like re-living memories as if I were in a movie, yes pictures are beautiful and lovely to frame but sometimes I crave that next level. Sometimes I’ll be editing clients photos with music playing in the background and I just get into this zone. It’s like the photos flow, the music flows and everything makes sense in my head. Kind of weird, yes I know. So I decided to turn our Honeymoon photos into a slideshow.
Here we are…. from Las Vegas, to Los Angeles, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, to Morrow Bay, San Luis Obispo, Napa Valley and lastly San Francisco! We had a BLAST! Watching this video makes me want to do it all over again, real soon! I’m thinking about taking off one month per year entirely. No weddings, no portrait sessions, no album orders. Just road tripping along photographing this wonderful world with Randy by my side. Everyone needs room to breathe and room to feed their passion. This trip allowed me to see lighting and angles a different way. It’s nice to photograph something new for a change! This trip reminded me of how important it is to take time for yourself!
