I still have a list of children and family sessions that I photographed over Christmas that need to be posted! Meet the Menasco’s! They were a wonderful family to photograph. We shot these the Sunday after New Orleans had that RANDOM flood on December 12th. I can remember that night, we heading to our friends Holiday Party in the pouring rain! What were we thinking? Houses were flooding and the cars left in the street were getting water inside… and yet we were DETERMINED to get to this party! We were soo tired of being stuck inside that weekend, we would do just about anything to have a little fun! Anyway, while driving there I’m thinking… WOW there is no way that I’m having my shoot tomorrow, City Park must look horrible! Well… I was wrong, I woke up the next morning, the water had subsided and the sun was out. And the shoot went on :) You can’t even tell.

So here’s my favorites from this family session. Since The Menasco’s purchased the CD, I’m able to share lots of photos with you all!

After this blogpost, my weekend has officially begun. I had a wonderful wedding meeting this morning with a future bride Amber and her mom. Looking forward to shooting her wedding in November! Thank you for booking with me, cant wait!
